Your OneDrive stores your files in the cloud, so they follow you to any device and survive any laptop disaster. Today you will prove you can drive it: folders, screenshots, cropping, duplicating files, and a puzzle to finish.
By now, you should have created folders on your laptop for each of your subjects. Ensure that you have one called Digital Technology.
Create a Microsoft Word document, and save it into your OneDrive with the filename Computer Skills A, ensuring you are saving it inside the Digital Technology folder.
Capture the saved file location in OneDrive via the file explorer (which includes the entire window).
Paste the screenshot into your Computer Skills A document.
Paste it a 2nd time below the first image, this time cropping half of the image out (cropping is in the Picture Format menu, which only appears when an image is selected), and rotating it 90 degrees (look for the circular arrow that appears above your image when it has been selected).
Using File → Save As, save a second version of the file with the filename Computer Skills B.
Take a screenshot of the OneDrive folder with both files visible in it, and paste this into your Computer Skills B Word document.
Using the snipping tool, capture the segments of the puzzle below, and paste into your Computer Skills B Word document (alternatively, copy and paste the entire image, and then use the cropping tool to reduce the image size to one of the pieces). Utilising the ability to rotate an image, as well as Picture Format → Wrap Text → In Front of Text, put the puzzle back together.
If you find that you need to change the order of your puzzle pieces (i.e. put one behind the other), there is also an option to "send forward" and "send backward".
Once completed, save your document, then save it again as a PDF.
The scrambled St Virgil's College crest. Snip the pieces, then rebuild it in your document.
